About the Role
As a key member of the early years team, you will:
Support the planning and delivery of engaging, child-centred activities
Provide high‑quality care and learning opportunities in line with the EYFS
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensure a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive
Contribute to observations, assessments, and record‑keeping
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Level 3 qualified in Early Years/Childcare
Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to child development
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Confident in communicating with parents and colleagues
Reliable, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive learning environment
