About the School The young people you'll support have often faced barriers to learning that go beyond the classroom. Many arrive disengaged, lacking confidence, or feeling misunderstood. Your role? To reconnect them with learning, empower them to believe in their own potential, and create an environment where they feel safe, valued, and capable. Role Expectations You'll work with learners aged 7-19 in small groups or 1:1 settings, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and tailor learning to each individual. You'll primarily support Key Stage 3 and 4, with a focus on Maths and Science, delivering a flexible, multi-sensory curriculum that meets students where they are - not where they're expected to be. Working closely with Site Lead Teachers, you'll design innovative and personalised learning pathways that reflect each student's needs, interests, and goals.
