Offer description

As a Regional Planner, you'll shape and execute the product range strategy across our U.S. store portfolio. Your focus will be tailoring ranges to state and store needs, balancing commercial performance with customer demand. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Design teams, you'll influence product selection, grading, and depth to align with local trends, seasonality, and regional preferences.

This role demands strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders. You'll monitor regional performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to drive in season trading and future planning. Collaboration is key—you’ll synthesize input from multiple teams and maintain close alignment with Product teams, requiring regular onsite presence at Arthur Ryan House and travel to the U.S. Your work will ensure global strategies align with U.S. priorities, optimizing ranges and profitability across the network.

What You'll Do

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

* Shape and deliver U.S. specific product ranges through deep collaboration with BMD teams, informed by grading, sizing analysis, and market insights.
* Conduct comprehensive pre‑season and in‑season analysis—including climate, location, customer profile, and competitor pricing—to guide range tailoring and commercial decisions.
* Build category structures from store to country level, leading U.S. grading, option planning, and department‑level budget inputs.
* Monitor regional sales performance to identify growth opportunities, optimise underperforming categories, and recommend in‑season and future buy adjustments.
* Partner cross‑functionally with Space Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Design, Retail, and Planning to ensure optimal space allocation, product relevance, and strategic alignment.
* Deliver clear, insight‑led reporting and presentations, acting as the key connector between U.S. Retail and BMD teams to translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance profitability and market fit.

What You'll Get

People are at the heart of what we do here, so it's essential we provide you with the right environment to perform at your very best. Let's talk lifestyle:

* Healthcare, pension, and potential bonus.
* 27 days of leave, plus bank holidays and, if you want, you can buy 5 more.

Because Primark is all about tailoring to you, we offer Tax Saver Tickets, a fitness centre, and a subsidised cafeteria.

What You'll Bring
