Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)
Position: SEN Tutor
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging Maths and/or English tuition tailored to each student
* Support learners with needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Modify lesson content and delivery to suit individual abilities
* Establish a calm, structured, and encouraging learning space
* Help students grow in confidence as well as academic ability
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
* Ability to create effective and engaging lesson plans
* Based locally in Chichester or able to commute
* Strong communication skills with a patient and supportive manner
* Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
