One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Planning Solicitor on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week. Overview: To undertake an audit of Agreements the Council has entered into pursuant to Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and produce an analysis of the financial contributions received from those agreements Main Responsibilities: * Be committed to the Council’s Vision and carry out work within the spirit and intention of its core values. * To maintain healthy and safe working practices in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work, Etc.
