Up to £55,000 + Commission/Bonus + Benefits

This is a fantastic Client Success Manager opportunity to work with an industry-leading SaaS business, driving senior relationships management, retention, and growth across key accounts.

The Client Success Manager is a hybrid working role, based in Essex, with occasional customer travel required.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be taking ownership of regional client accounts, building resilient and meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders, to retain and renew customer contracts, as well as identify and drive growth opportunities. Credible experience in enterprise B2B customer success and/or account management is essential as Client Success Manager, with proven ability to collaborate with third‑party channel partners (distributors). Ideally, the Client Success Manager will have experience within a SaaS environment, with an understanding of subscription‑based business model. Excellent English language skills are required, with a second language advantageous, as the Client Success Manager will be working within an international business environment. The Client Success Manager will have excellent stakeholder management skills, able to negotiate effectively and manage senior customer relationships.

Key Skills as Client Success Manager:

* 3+ years’ experience in an enterprise B2B customer success and/or account management role.
* Prior experience working within a SaaS or subscription‑based business model.
* Proven track‑record in building and managing senior relationships across accounts.
* Strong experience collaborating with third‑party suppliers/distributors.
* Sales‑oriented, with a focus on account growth and opportunity identification.
* Able to negotiate effectively and be influential.
* Excellent English communication – second language (desirable).
