What You’ll Do Lead a small team handling stock control and service admin Oversee inbound/outbound goods and warehouse system updates Ensure stock accuracy and timely client reporting Deliver excellent service via email, phone and systems Coordinate with warehouse teams across multiple units Monitor KPIs and support performance against SLAs Help improve processes and drive reporting efficiency Uphold health & safety and support staff development What We’re Looking For Experience in warehouse admin, stock control, or logistics Strong communication and organisation skills Confident with IT systems and warehouse software Proactive problem-solver with a high attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Flexible availability for core shifts: 08:00–17:00 / 09:30–18:30 Our Culture & How We Work At Silver X, we believe great work happens when you’re trusted to own your role and supported by a team that has your back.
