Key Responsibilities:
1. Winning New Instructions: Focus primarily on the resale market, while also handling individual site sales, development land, and New Homes.
2. Conducting Viewings: Showcase properties effectively to potential buyers.
3. Sales Negotiation: Navigate negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
4. Contract Management: Oversee contracts meticulously from initiation to completion.
5. Client Reporting and Servicing: Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to final sale.
6. Workload Prioritisation: Manage your time and responsibilities professionally and efficiently.
7. Lead Generation: Actively seek and cultivate new leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
* Proficiency in IT and familiarity with relevant software applications.
* A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
