Bespoke Members’ Club & Ultra-High-End Hospitality Project

We are seeking an exceptional Procurement & Sourcing Lead to join a truly one-off interior design project within London’s ultra-luxury hospitality scene. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a bespoke members’ club where craftsmanship, originality, and detail are non-negotiable.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-pressure, high-profile environments and has proven experience delivering super high-end F&B and hospitality interiors, from concept through to installation.
The Role
You will take full ownership of procurement and sourcing across the project, working closely with the Lead Designer and Technical Designer to translate ambitious design intent into flawlessly delivered spaces.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and procuring unique, design-led furniture, finishes, materials, and equipment, managing complex supplier relationships, and ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality are rigorously controlled.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement across FF&E, finishes, materials, and specialist equipment for luxury F&B environments
* Source distinctive, often bespoke furniture and materials aligned with a world-class design vision
* Manage FF&E budgets in excess of £1m, ensuring value, quality, and design integrity
* Prepare and manage procurement schedules using EstiMAC and Excel
* Act as a confident, clear point of contact between designers, suppliers, and contractors
* Oversee ordering, logistics, deliveries, and on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution
* Attend design coordination meetings and site visits as required
* Work closely with the project team to proactively resolve procurement and delivery challenges
About You
* Demonstrable experience in procurement and sourcing for ultra-high-end hospitality or members’ club projects
* Deep knowledge of FF&E procurement for F&B environments
* Confident, articulate communicator who can represent the project with authority
* Highly organised, commercially astute, and detail-driven
* Hands-on experience with install phases on complex interior projects
* Advanced user of EstiMAC and Excel
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, design-led studios
Location & Working Pattern
* Able to commute to Farringdon, London a few days per week
* Available to attend site in Chelsea as required
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience working with leading London interior design studios
* Strong supplier network across high-end furniture, finishes, and specialist manufacturers
