Management Accountant
to join our Finance team, based in either
Marlow

Sutton Coldfield
.

Management Accountant

What You'll Be Doing
* Taking ownership of day-to-day finance operations across the business.
* Maintaining and improving financial systems and processes (ideally using
SAGE
).
* Delivering accurate, timely monthly management reports.
* Reviewing management accounts and balance sheets; investigating variances.
* Managing the year-end process and overseeing reconciliations.
* Monitoring cash flow and supporting financial forecasting.
* Ensuring financial controls and compliance are maintained.
What We're Looking For
* Degree-level education and ideally an accounting qualification (CIMA preferred).
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and a problem-solving mindset.
* Proven experience with financial systems (
SAGE
preferred) and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills – confident working with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
* A valid UK driving licence.
