You will be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work. Main duties and responsibilities for this role include grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, clearing leaves, spraying, litter picking, and using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery to ensure all sites and external areas are maintained to a high standard. You will report to management with relevant information regarding site hazards, operate a range of vehicles, machinery and equipment in accordance with health and safety procedures, and undertake additional training as and when required.
