We are seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a Children’s Residential Home in Doncaster. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the home. In the absence of the Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the home and the care of the children. This is an opportunity to help lead a service that provides stability, high-quality care and positive outcomes for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. The starting salary for this role is £39,890 and you would work 148 hours across a 4-week rota (37 hours per week). The rota will include working 2 weekends in 4 and shift patterns will include working shifts of 7am-3pm & 2pm-10pm, and sleep in shifts. In the absence of the manager, the deputy will take up the hours of the manager, which would be 8am-4pm.
