Overview
The role of assistant café manager is to help oversee and manage all aspects of a café’s operations to ensure its smooth and successful functioning. This role includes a wide range of tasks, combining leadership, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Involves cooking and assisting the kitchen staff during peak periods.
* Assist the Manager with stock inventory once a month, as well as placing orders with catering suppliers.
Qualifications
* Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable for this role.
* Cooking experience essential.

Work Schedule
40 hours per week over 5 days which will include alternate weekends.
