This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional within the meat industry to take on a broad, customer-focused and operationally engaged role with strong exposure across commercial, logistics and supply chain functions. Your new role: Reporting to the Operations & Technical Director, you will support the day-to-day management of the Quality function, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, warehouses and customers. While capable of supporting the wider QA remit when required, the primary focus of this role will be customer complaints management, investigations, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
