Grade A Recruitment is looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established, office-based team. With strong relationships already built in your area, including schools and candidates currently in placements, this is an excellent opportunity to work in an established and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining relationships: Strengthen existing connections with schools and candidates to ensure continued success.
2. New business development: Seek out new schools and expand our network.
3. Candidate sourcing: Find talented teachers and support staff to meet school requirements.
4. Advertising roles: Use creative strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, and other platforms.
5. Shortlisting and interviewing: Review applications, improve resumes, and conduct interviews to match the best candidates with vacancies.
6. Organising interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and schools to ensure a seamless process.
7. Advising and supporting schools: Assist schools in selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies.
8. Negotiating contracts: Liaise with clients to secure contracts and terms.
9. Visiting client schools termly: Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
What we’re looking for:
10. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with schools and candidates.
11. Strong computer literacy and experience with recruitment software.
12. Good numeracy and literacy skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
13. The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies that yield results.
14. Experience in education recruitment is desirable but not essential – enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are a must.
15. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills to build trust and make sound judgments.
16. Ability to interview and assess candidates and align them with suitable roles.
