We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at Gilpin Spice, where the theatre of cooking meets the excitement of pan-Asian cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.
️ What You’ll Be Doing as a Commis Chef:
1. Works alongside our talented chefs to prepare and present dishes to the highest standards.
2. Learns new techniques and expands knowledge of spices, flavours, and global cuisines.
3. Supports the smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organisation with precision.
4. Contributes to a culture of teamwork, reliability, creativity, and excellence.

Additional Information
Salary: from £28,665 to £29,250
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
