We’re now looking for a proactive and customer-focused Aftercare Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting customers once their repair journey is complete.
The Role
As an Aftercare Administrator, you’ll be the reassuring voice our customers rely on after their vehicle repair. You’ll manage post-repair queries, resolve concerns professionally and ensure every customer feels supported, listened to and confident in the quality of our work.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where your organisational skills, attention to detail and empathy will make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
14. Acting as the main point of contact for customers following repair completion
15. Managing and resolving aftercare queries, concerns and warranty issues
16. Liaising with bodyshop teams, quality control and management to investigate and resolve cases
17. Accurately logging and tracking aftercare cases using internal systems
18. Communicating with insurers and third parties where required
19. Identifying trends and feeding back insights to help improve quality and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
20. Previous experience in customer service or administration
21. Confident, professional communicator with a calm and empathetic approach
22. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
23. Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
24. A team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
25. Experience within automotive, accident repair or insurance is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.
