Service Engineer (Field Based) We are currently recruiting a Service Engineer to support customers across the Dorset and Hampshire region.

This is a field-based role suited to a practical, customer-focused engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and working independently.
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment at customer sites, ensuring a high standard of service and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities Carry out field-based service, maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical and/or electronic equipment Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently on customer sites Undertake installation and commissioning of equipment where required Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times Accurately complete service reports and documentation Work in line with health & safety procedures and company standards Liaise with technical and operations teams to resolve issues effectively About You Previous experience in a field-based Service Engineer role Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Confident working independently and managing your own workload Comfortable in a customer-facing environment Basic IT skills (reporting, job management systems, xjlbheb email) Full UK driving licence Desirable: Electrical or mechanical qualifications Experience working with electronic, automated or technical equipment Background in installation, service or maintenance environments Whats on Offer: Company vehicle Ongoing training and development Stable, long-term role within a growing organisation Healthcare 25 days holiday your birthday off
