Their equipment powers some of the world’s most recognisable brands—and you can be part of it.\n\nThe Role:\n\nYou’ll be assembling and testing complex, high-precision OEM machinery in a fast-paced and supportive environment.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Mechanical assembly of machinery and tooling to customer specifications\n\n * \n\n Fault diagnosis, testing, and quality checking\n\n * \n\n Collaborating with engineers and supporting semi-skilled colleagues\n\n * \n\n Maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready workspace\n\n * \n\n Assisting apprentices and mentoring new starters\n\n * \n\n Escalating issues and contributing to problem-solving investigations\n\nWhat You’ll Get:\n\n * \n\n Salary: £34,710 per annum (£17.80/hour)\n\n * \n\n Contract: Fixed-Term until end of 2025\n\n * \n\n Holiday: 28 days rising to 33 after 12 weeks\n\n * \n\n Hours: Full-time, days (no nights!)\n\n * \n\n Pension: Enrolment after 12 weeks\n\n * \n\n Opportunity: Potential pathway to permanent work\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n Minimum 2 years’ experience assembling industrial or manufacturing equipment\n\n * \n\n Ability to read engineering drawings and follow SOPs\n\n * \n\n Flexible, safety-first mindset and team player attitude\n\n * \n\n Comfortable mentoring and supporting junior colleagues\n\nThis is more than just another contract—it’s a foot in the door with a world-class employer, and a role you can take real pride in
