We are looking for Female Support Workers in New Milton to cover various shifts, from part-time to relief, to suit your availability.
We seek individuals who share our values and can support people in living the life they choose. We are supporting two young autistic individuals in their own home in New Milton. Both need support to navigate their lives. They are gentle and enjoy a peaceful environment. We support their development in decision-making, emphasizing empowerment, and have seen them grow into capable young people. Interests include art, animals, sewing, walking, and drawing.
Colleagues must be able to drive the support vehicles (manual transmission only) as they participate in a variety of social activities around the area. Daily walks in the New Forest and local beaches are essential, along with support for local clubs, animal therapy, swimming, and other activities.
A range of shifts is available, including sleepovers on a rotation basis and working alternate weekends. The role is suitable for part-time work, but full-time applications will also be considered.
