Fife Women’s Aid are looking to recruit a part-time support worker to join our Women’s Support Team.
As a service, we are expanding our capacity to better meet the needs of women who have experienced domestic abuse. Candidates should have good communication skills and a passion for supporting recovery from domestic abuse.
The successful applicant will have at least SVQ Level III or equivalent in health and social care or a relevant subject, or a willingness to work towards a qualification.
The successful applicant will demonstrate motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. An ability to cover on-call is an advantage (additional payments are made for this role).

Fife Women’s Aid has developed Housing First services for women experiencing domestic abuse and is recruiting a full-time support worker for this initiative. The role involves providing flexible support in women’s own accommodation, focusing on harm reduction and tenancy sustainment, aligned with Housing First principles.
Applicants should have good communication skills and a passion for supporting recovery from domestic abuse. The qualification requirements are the same as above, with a need for motivation and teamwork skills.

Established in 1978, Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) offers support, information, and advocacy to survivors aged 12 and over in Edinburgh, East Lothian, and Midlothian. The services include support for recent and historic sexual violence, working with schools and multi-agency partners to prevent sexual violence.
The Survivor Engagement Worker will play a key role in fostering a vibrant survivor community, amplifying survivor voices, and supporting systemic change through lived experience.
Fife Women’s Aid seeks a full-time staff member to support children, young people, and families affected by domestic abuse. The role requires experience in social care support, with a minimum SVQ Level III or equivalent, or relevant experience and willingness to qualify. Flexibility in working hours and on-call availability are advantageous.
