The Role:
You will support the day-to-day running of a small production team, ensuring production activity is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting hands-on assembly activities
* Organising daily tasks and workflow across the team
* Monitoring output and assisting with general production coordination
* Maintaining production records and documentation
