The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours — directly influencing your earnings. You’ll grow your estate agency business in your area, from prospecting to negotiating.
Supported by Nested’s marketing efforts, you’ll run local advertising and manage client relationships from start to finish, using our smart app and in-house support.
Our commission structure rewards your hard work, starting at 75% and increasing to 100%. This role offers the flexibility to work your way, backed by Nested’s brand and services.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top estate agency experience in valuing properties, winning clients, and selling.
* Strong marketing skills and a strategic approach to lead generation.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and passion for real estate.
* Deep knowledge of your local area’s amenities and community.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric mindset.
* Social media enthusiasm is a plus, but support is available.
