Role Overview:
This fixed-term HR and Payroll Specialist position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of payroll, pensions and associated payments. Working within a supportive HR team, you will lead the payroll function while also providing valuable data analysis and insight across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities HR and Payroll Specialist:
* Lead and manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Oversee pension administration and third-party payments, maintaining up-to-date legislative knowledge.
* Produce, analyse and interpret HR and payroll data to support informed decision‑making.
* Provide clear, concise reporting and insight to stakeholders across the organisation.
Requirements HR and Payroll Specialist:
* Proven experience in payroll administration, including tax and pension legislation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with multiple data sources.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
