Sales Manager
£40,000 base + £25,000 OTE
London – 4 days office / 1 day WFH

You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality, one-to-one meeting events across sectors such as retail, dentistry, pharmacy, and veterinary. What you’ll be doing:
* Selling places at industry-leading international events
* Driving new business through creative lead generation across LinkedIn, competitor events, and industry networking
* Managing key accounts, building strong long-term relationships, and maximising revenue
* Supporting event development, including sourcing conference speakers and monitoring market trends
* Working closely with marketing to build and execute promotional campaigns
* Attending global events as part of the onsite management team
What we’re looking for:
* At least 2 years’ experience in B2B event sponsorship sales.
* Strong commercial skills and a track record of hitting targets
* Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
* A creative thinker who enjoys contributing ideas across the wider business
* A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
