Salary: £27435.45 per annum Location: Contractually based in our Hwb in Pontypool Covering Community Projects across Torfaen Contract Type: Permanent in line with funding Agile working: Enabling team members to have flexibility around where, when, and how they work to optimise performance, maximise outcomes and do their best work. Hours & working Pattern: 35hrs per week (full time) Generally, Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work Flexible start and finish times that incorporate the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm and a minimum of 30 minutes unpaid break during shifts All team members must work flexibly on occasions to meet the needs of the Charity and the people we support Participate in organisational Tier 2 call rota (paid) Accountable to: Assistant Support Services Manager Accountable for: Hwb Assistants, Initial Contact Support Worker, Group worker and Relief Staff Purpose of the post: To assist the Assistant Support Services Manager in overseeing the delivery of specialist, trauma-informed support to adults and children who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse, harm and violence to contribute to the efficient running of the Torfaen Hwb.
