Role Purpose The Inventory & Logistics Manager will play a key role in setting up and managing stores, inventory systems, and logistics processes, ensuring efficient stock control and timely delivery of materials. This is a hands-on role for a self-sufficient manager capable of leading the setup of a new state-of-the-art facility and implementing robust inventory and warehouse systems. Key Duties * Establish and maintain stock control processes and accurate inventory records. * Manage deliveries, ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods are booked in and dispatched on time via hauliers. * Set up and manage warehouse and stores systems, including processes for goods-in, storage, and stock rotation. * Monitor inventory accuracy through audits and reconciliations. * Collaborate with procurement, operations, and internal teams to guarantee stock availability and operational efficiency. * Investigate and resolve stock or delivery discrepancies. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across stores and inventory management.
