Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Management: Prepare, record, monitor, and process export documentation for international customers.
2. Customer Orders: Create accurate invoices based on customer orders.
3. Shipping & Freight: Compile packing lists and ensure proper customs documentation preparation.
4. Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding order dispatch and export procedures.
5. Cost Management: Maintain competitive shipping and air freight costs.
6. Invoice Approval: Review and approve courier invoices.
7. Adaptability: Take on additional duties as needed to support the team.
