We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced deputy managers or managers who are ready to grow with an organisation that truly values its staff and their impact on young lives.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years experience in a role relevant to residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
At least 1 year of experience supervising or managing care staff
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
Full UK driving licence
Must be over 21 years old
Successful candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, right to work, and reference checks
