circa £40,000 -£50,000 plus car allowance and bonus
As one of our most loved brands, we're now expanding across Europe—and we’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead our growth in Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a high-potential brand to the next level in a market where there's still so much room to grow.
You'll combine the pace and creativity of a challenger with the backing of a global FMCG business.
Responsibilities
* Co-own the 3-year brand plan and annual budget, driving strategy and supporting external sell-in.
* Build strong relationships with our distributor to strengthen the local strategy.
* Lead two portfolio segments (one established, one new), bringing exciting propositions to market.
* Monitor performance and adjust plans to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
* Own marketing spend and ensure alignment to plan.
* Champion the brand’s European vision internally, building buy-in and excitement.
