In this role, you'll design and build data platforms across multiple sectors, working with large-scale systems ranging from terabytes to petabytes and beyond.
Day to day, you could be working on distributed data systems, architecting APIs, automating data quality checks, or solving performance and scalability challenges. The work is varied and technically deep.
Ideally, you'll have 3+ years' experience with:
Python
SQL
ETL pipelines and scripts
It would also be beneficial if you have experience with:
Spark or Kafka
Airflow or Prefect
Contributing to and maintaining shared Python libraries across multiple teams
Designing APIs for data ingestion using FastAPI
Low-latency systems and storage engines
Building web apps using tools like Dash or frameworks such as React
GraphQL
