Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Marketing Consultant to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update partnerships marketing delivery plan, delivering content to deadlines. Including creating/proofreading content, social media posts, blog articles, emails, brochures, liaising with Business Development Managers to help coordinate regional marketing events.
* Plan and manage events for Strategic Partner and industry events.
* Provide regular updates to the Sales Team about partnerships marketing and events.
* Follow up and report on partnerships marketing and events.
* Take ownership of ad hoc marketing requests from all areas of the business.
* Be agile in responding to the changing and demanding needs of a challenger business.
* Support the social media plan and day‑to‑day marketing tasks, including social media posts, internal events and communications, and sales support.
Qualifications
* Business-to-business marketing experience.
* Experience in marketing, events planning, or partnerships.
* Understanding of the financial services market.
* Experience in social media.
* Ability to generate new ideas and execute them from start to end.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability, desire and confidence to network, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good organisational and planning skills.
* Self‑motivation and enthusiasm.
* Competent with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
