Main Purpose of the Role
The Senior Project Manager (internally referred to as Senior Client Success Manager) is responsible for managing and delivering translation and interpretation projects end-to-end, ensuring coordination, organisation, quality, and financial control. You will work directly with clients, supporting them with project delivery and technology integrations, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at our target gross profit margin, in line with ISO17100 and ISO9001 procedures.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of client projects under the supervision of the Management Team
* Work directly with clients to understand their needs, support technology integrations, and ensure a seamless project experience
* Manage competing demands, key milestones, and multiple suppliers daily, ensuring deadlines and budgets are achieved
* Perform thorough quality control checks before delivering to clients
* Identify potential issues early, propose solutions, and resolve risks proactively
* Act as a trusted client partner, building rapport through regular communication by phone, Teams, or email
* Manage high-value clients and contracts with professionalism and attention to detail
* Oversee a pool of linguists and vendors, ensuring they maintain quality and ethical standards
* Collaborate with Sales and Project Management teams to maximise client satisfaction and repeat business
* Proof, check, and format final translations and documents with precision
* Maintain compliance with ISO17100 and ISO9001 standards
Who We Are Looking For
* Minimum of five years' project management experience in the translation or multilingual multimedia industry
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree
* Experience in the medical sector (medical device and pharma LSP project management)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
* Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and contract handling
* Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive with evidence of taking ownership of projects
* Fluent in English
