Hales Group are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for their Mildenhall based client. Working in a busy and fast paced office environment, this role requires a confident communicator, with a keen eye for detail. Daily responsibilities to include:
First point of contact for inbound enquiries, answering calls and responding to emails
Creating files on in-house system, accurate data entry
Checking paperwork
Preparing quotes
Following up on quotes provided and collating feedback
Negotiating costs/rates with suppliers
Creating invoices
General administrative duties to support a busy team The successful candidate will ideally have some office experience, and an understanding of MS Word and Excel. The role requires a professional telephone manner, the ability to multi-task and to work independently.
