Wheatley Homes South care service was established in 2011 to provide housing support to some of Wheatley Homes South most vulnerable customers helping them to live independently, safely and with dignity. Our dedicated team supports people experiencing homelessness, older adults and those with complex needs through human rights based, person-centred planning.
