Main Responsibilities
* To assist the Creative Lead with all aspects of workshop delivery, including set up, practical activities and clearing away materials at the end of the workshop.
* To support in the design and delivery of high quality and structured programmes.
* To support participants to engage fully in creative workshops.
* To provide administrative support to the Creative Lead as required. Tasks may include word processing, updating of spreadsheets and database and ordering materials.
* To assist in the design, planning, organising and delivery of Impact Arts’ arts projects.
* To engage with the participants, facilitating simultaneously the creative process and personal learning and development.
* To document workshops through a variety of means, taking photographs and evaluating the project with the participants, producing statistics, case studies and other reports for evaluation.
* To represent Impact Arts at events and exhibitions.
* To participate in training, meetings and events as required.
* To support and promote Impact Arts’ Values.
* To carry out any other duties appropriate to the post in line with Impact Arts’ needs.
