Role Description: Sitting in the Global Fixed Income Operations Strategy and Transformation team, we are looking for a seasoned professional with Fixed Income Operations or Middle office change experience to deliver on a dynamic and varied portfolio of process re-engineering, change initiatives and transformation programs. The team have a variety of Internal Transformation & Simplification programs and also a large book of external facing Industry change portfolio. The successful candidate will have had demonstrable experience of analysing and resolving highly complex operations problems and have run a portfolio of change projects. The role will have a high level of stakeholder exposure across Operations, Technology,Sales& Trading, Finance, and Risk hence it's essential that the candidate is an excellent communicator and leader. Responsibilities Include: - Analyses and resolves highly complex operational problem - Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Identify and document business needs by working closely with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into functional specifications - Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Ensure all parties have a common understanding of the project objectives - Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to understand trends, patterns and issues. Develop reports and dashboards to measure process performance and help stakeholders make informed decisions - Solution Design and Validation: Propose and evaluate solutions to meet business needs.
