Junior Sous Chef – Manchester Airport Terminal 1
Job Details
* Rate of Pay: £16 per hour
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Shifts: 4 on / 2 off pattern – 2 early shifts 5am‑2pm, 2 late shifts 2‑10:30pm, 2 days off
* Requirements: Must be able to provide 5 years of UK working history and UK address history
* Contract: Role will become permanent upon gaining references for a full pass
Responsibilities
* Dress according to standards and wear supplied uniform garments at all times while on duty
* Use only products and equipment supplied and intended for the job
* Sign off H&S & F&S documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules and temperature records) daily once all tasks are completed
* Comply with all legal and company procedures relating to food safety, health and safety, and personal hygiene
* Sign in and out to ensure hours worked are paid correctly; follow the shift's rosta
* Attend training sessions and staff/client meetings as requested
