Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Golborne. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial and automatic doors, gates, and barriers. Collaboration with team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and providing excellent customer service will also be key aspects of this role. Additionally, candidates will manage fault diagnosis and recommend appropriate solutions to address clients' needs effectively.
Qualifications
Technical expertise in installation, repair, and maintenance of automatic and industrial door systems
Skills in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and developing appropriate solutions
Knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and installation procedures pertinent to industrial door systems
Proficiency in customer service with excellent communication and collaborative team skills
Relevant technical certifications or a background in a related field is beneficial
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, hands-on environment
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to achieving high-quality results
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals is a plus
