We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, known internally as Regional Account Manager, to join our team. You will be responsible for driving share of wallet and acquiring new business within your territory.

Our company supports customers by providing parts, spares, tooling, and working to secure the best deals with suppliers.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will build customer relationships, increase customer spend, and identify new customers to expand our business.
This role allows you to take ownership of your sales pipeline and collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal product specialists to help customers reduce costs and improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with major manufacturing clients to ensure they have the necessary parts, spares, PPE, and tools to stay operational.
Focus on increasing customer spend and developing new customer relationships within your territory.
Experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade environment is preferred, but full training will be provided. Don’t let a lack of experience stop you from applying!
