Tour Administration Manager Purpose of the role: To lead the team responsible for managing the reservations and related system processes on the full journey from tour set up through to operation. Focusing on a great customer experience, ensuring accuracy is key and communicating updates and changes with other teams as necessary. To collaborate with the commercial teams, ensuring that tours and products are set up and on sale to the required deadlines, maximising sales opportunities. Remotely manage the Tour Administration Team based in Peru, and as part of the Product and Operations team, you will be the interface across the G Touring business. This is a key role in the successful implementation of a new reservation system and the long-term process management and optimisation of the system and processes. Working Hours Full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week 09:00 am-17:15 pm Monday to Friday with 45-minute lunch break, although due to time differences on occasion, flexibility may be required to manage a remote team in Peru. The role is hybrid, which means you are required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. In this role you will: Lead the Tour Administration Team ensuring that tour set-up deadlines are scheduled and met. Liaise with the commercial teams of product, aviation and revenue management regarding the tour set up process. Become the expert and go-to person on Compass within the G Touring business to understand all aspects of tour set up, operational reporting via the Polaris system and cost loading in Precious. Support and evolve the processes around the Compass, Polaris and Precious systems within the G Touring business. Support the Commercial and Revenue Management teams with the pricing and discount loading process. Facilitate the tour change process, ensuring that the relevant systems are constantly updated. Develop the tour set up process to include the Click Up system to support Operations and Aviation, who will be using this as their key management tool. Provide support in a timely manner to all departments around the Compass system. Manage the Tour Administration Team, supporting the training and development of this team and ensuring their inclusion within the wider business. Develop the knowledge of the Tour Administration Team to support administrative functions across the G Touring business as required. To be successful in this role you will: Have experience of managing and developing a team Be driven and motivated by a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and be challenged. Be flexible and energetic, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Have tour operator experience with a focus on system and process improvement Demonstrate advanced organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Be able to adapt to an environment that is subject to constant change. Have thorough, analytical and systematic thought processes Be willing for occasional travel to Peru (annually) Why work with us?
