What youll be doing
* Taking commercial ownership across multiple live social housing, refurbishment and retrofit contracts
* Supporting the commercial performance of long-term secured work across the branch

* Helping to build confidence, capability and good commercial habits within the team
* Leading by example and acting as a strong commercial role model for more junior staff

* Playing a key part in the future leadership direction of the branch
