Workshop Manager - Mercedes Benz
Location: York, North Yorkshire
We're looking for a results-driven Workshop Controller to lead our high-performing team at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in York, North Yorkshire. If you're ready to boost your aftersales career with ongoing training, career progression, and a culture of excellence, this is your chance
Your day-to-day will include:
* Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction.
* Manage workshop workflow, productivity, and safety standards.
* Drive results while keeping communication clear between the workshop and service teams.
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main-dealer environment and strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy workshop
* Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
* Customer-first attitude
