Customer Experience Executive
Location: Cheltenham | Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 | Permanent, Full-Time Role

What You'll Be Doing:
Answering calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and a friendly approach
Processing orders accurately and keeping customers updated every step of the way
Handling queries, returns, or minor issues calmly and confidently
Coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly
Suggesting ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Occasionally supporting small quote adjustments or tweaks
