Job Summary: As a Mobile Coffee Van Barista, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding coffee and customer service to our customers. You will be responsible for brewing and serving coffee, preparing various beverages, and ensuring a memorable coffee experience for our customers. This position is perfect for coffee enthusiasts who enjoy working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Coffee Preparation: Prepare and brew high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages, consistently maintaining the highest standards of taste and presentation.
2. Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service while taking orders and interacting with customers.
3. Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our coffee and beverage menu, including ingredients and special offerings, to assist customers in making informed choices.
4. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee van and equipment clean and organized, following sanitation guidelines and best practices.
5. Cash Handling: Handle cash and payments accurately and responsibly, maintaining an organized register.
6. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
7. Drive Safely: Operate the mobile coffee van safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
8. Schedule Adherence: Ensure punctuality and adherence to assigned shifts and schedules.
9. Promote Brand: Assist in promoting the brand and maintaining a positive image in the community.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
· Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
· Attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great coffee experience.
· Reliable transportation to and from the coffee van location.
· Valid driver's license (if required for driving the coffee van).
