The Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Own and manage the design, implementation, and governance of employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries
2. Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance) and external vendors to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness
3. Lead annual renewals, benchmarking, and vendor negotiations
