Our client, a mid‑sized financial services organisation, seeks an experienced PMO Specialist with proven experience in business change projects, preferably for a challenger bank or similar. The candidate will be customer‑focused, with strong communication skills and experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
* Implement PMO structure and processes for change projects.
* Set up governance and control frameworks.
* Develop risk and issue reporting and document management systems.
* Lead project planning and portfolio management activities.
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working on PMO business change projects in the financial services sector.
* Strong background in risk and issue management.
* Experience with regulatory programmes and compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Business‑change and PMO experience in a challenger bank or mid‑size financial services firm is preferred.
