Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre Location: Littlehampton
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + Relocation package available for the right candidate

Your role
1. Provide clear vision and strategic direction for the service.
2. Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for families.
3. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team including social workers, clinicians, and residential care workers.
4. Oversee assessments and interventions to support positive oues for families.
5. Manage budgets effectively and drive financial performance.
6. Maintainpliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
About you
7. Extensive experience of working with adults/children/families
8. Degree in Social Work (UK Qualified)
9. Proven track record of managing Ofsted registered services
10. Experience of improving or maintaining high levels of delivery and oues for service users
11. A level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (achieved after January 2011).
12. A proven track record of experience within a similar setting
13. Good knowledge of Safeguarding procedures and relevant Regulatory Body regulations
14. Experience supervising and managing professional staff
15. Evidence of Continuous professional/ management development
16. Proven experience of managing budgets effectively ensuring cost efficiency
