Responsibilities
* Lead and guide a team of colleagues to provide exceptional quality service to the People We Support
* Deliver care that reflects best practices, legislative requirements, and our policies, procedures, and agreed standards to support Glassmoon Services' purpose
* Actively engage with and support individuals to learn, maintain skills, pursue personal interests, and provide unique person-centred care that is tailored to each individual, in alignment with our person-led support delivery model
* Play a vital role in updating and maintaining support plans to the required standard, while providing support and guidance to colleagues in completing their own
* Act as the primary source of information from your team regarding any changes in the needs of the People We Support, promptly reporting these to the Registered Manager and Multi-Disciplinary Team
* Collaborate closely with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximize opportunities for the People We Support
* If desired by the Person We Support, nurture and develop relationships with their family, friends, and other significant individuals in their life
* Exemplify leadership qualities by being a role model who inspires and supports all colleagues
* Effectively supervise their team, ensuring that required standards are met in accordance with best practices, agreed policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
* Ensure that all team members receive regular one-on-one meetings, annual reviews, and additional support through the SPG&P (Supporting Personal Growth and Potential) processes
* Support and supervise colleagues to ensure that they fulfil their responsibilities to meet the needs of the People We Support
* Always promote infection control and ensure the cleanliness of my service

Requirements
* Hold a Level 2 Adult Care Worker or equivalent qualification. Be prepared to work towards achievement of Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker.
