Weare seeking a committed GP to join our positive, collaborative team. (4Sessions) to make a meaningful contribution to patient care within a supportiveand forward-thinking environment.
Main duties of the job
Youwill deliver high-quality primary care services, includingmanaginga range of acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
Providingtelephone, online, and face-to-face consultations.
Supportinglong-term condition management.
HomeVisits when required.
Contributingto clinical governance, QOF achievement, and practice development.
Workingcollaboratively with the wider practice and PCN team.
Prescribe as per local & nationalguidelines.
Take responsibility for appropriatereferrals following local guidance and good medical practice andadministration pertaining to them.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive recordsof consultations using S1 clinical systems.

As a salaried GP you willwork as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medicalservices to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard ofclinical care while complying with the contract.
Furthermore, the post-holderwill adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to theeffective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining apositive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary teamand be an integral part of the general practice team

Qualifications
* MRCGP Qualification.
* General Practitioner - Certificate of Completion of Training CCT.
* Full GMC Registration.
* Eligibility to practice in the UK independently.
* Registered on the NHSE medical performers list.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Proficient in using clinical IT Systems and embracing technology.
* Strong clinical skills, with an evidence-based approach to patient care.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
* Experience of working within a busy practice alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
